The real state of the city

OK, it turns
out that we don't have our constitutional right to
free speech and assembly unless the Mayor says it's
ok. Since he's unlikely to smile upon permits for
public demonstrations at his annual State of the City
address, we have to create our own forum for "virtual
demonstration."
